Stephen Walker and Brian Redrup work for the management company Velcourt who are part of the management team of “Agro Vista Tambov”, a 25,000 ha operation in Tambov in Russia. - “We’d previously been evaluating different options of purchasing existing grain driers and storage facilities in Tambov, but could simply not work out a decent write off of the money we needed to invest, so when we got in contact with Farm Mac selling their Grain Saver ™ system, we decided to purchase it. In the summer of 2008, we were supplied with a few units of Mainero baggers, extractors and vulcadors, together with five grain carts”, says Brian Redrup.  

The grain we bagged held really good quality when we took it out in the winter of 2009”, states Stephen Walker. Brian continues “we are convinced that this is the grain system for the future here in Russia where investments in fixed installations are very expensive. We intend to expand our grain storage by means of this technology”.
