Eurobagging GB6-25S Crimping Bagger

GB6 25S Crimping Bagger is intended for medium and bigger agricultural producers.
The crimping unit is equipped with a pair of cylinders with diameter 400mm and length 900mm ( 1200mm ). That ensures the unit capacity up to 20-30 tons per hour. The cylinders are made of quality steel and they are gently balanced. Adjusting of the crimping gap between cylinders done by a couple of screws. The gap can be checked by two check points.
Under the crimping unit there are nozzles for the application of preservatives. Compressing inside the bag is adjusted with the crimper's brakes. Thanks to the big auger and machine's heavy weight no air can get into the bag. That ensures the forage preserved and saves all nutrients.
Another advantage of the GB6 25S crimper is exchange system of tunnels which enables a very fast putting on of tunnels of various sizes (1,5, 2,0 or 2,4 m).
A special hopper equipped with auger with teasing fingers (optional equipment) permits GB6 25S to bag maize silage, sugarbeet pulp, brewery grain, whole corn and other forage.
